If you're flying into DTW, you can get a Lyft, Uber, or Taxi from the airport. The ride will cost roughly $45 and take approximately 25 minutes.

If you arrive in Baltimore by train, Amtrak will drop you off at Pennsylvania Station. From there, take the CityLink Green line downtown and get off at Charles St. and Camden, right in front of the convention center.
