You can take the Logan Express bus directly from Logan to Back Bay. Get off at Hynes Convention Center and the Westin Copley Place is just an 8 minute walk. The trip typically takes about 30 minutes (please leave extra time during rush hour) and is free from the airport (or $3 for a ride to the airport).
